APPLICATIONS - PLAYERS - TECHNOLOGIES. THREE perspectives that must be taken in order to classify innovations and new topics. THREE Knowledge Areas collect the relevant information. In the InnTrace Situation Center the threads come together, questions are answered automatically, e.g. about the market or technological readiness of an innovation, its costs, competitive advantages, and the peer group.

  • BILL GATES DID IT AGAIN: THIS TIME IN YOUR INDUSTRY. A $25 MILLION INVESTMENT IN A START-UP. WHAT'S BEHIND IT?
  • ETH ZURICH SCIENTISTS REPORT A BREAKTHROUGH. BREAKTHROUGH FOR THE WHOLE INDUSTRY?
  • YOUR SECOND LARGEST COMPETITOR WANTS TO ENTER A NEW KI. WHAT DOES HE KNOW THAT YOU DON´T KNOW?
  • BUZZWORDS AND SLOGANS APPEAR. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

Does a topic have breakthrough potential? Is it sustainable? Is an in-depth analysis,
a starter project or a strategic investment worthwhile? Questions that InnTrace answers.

You know such questions, messages and buzzwords. Decision makers at all levels, CEOs, CTOs, strategists, R&D and innovation managers are familiar with them.

Every industry has its upcoming topics, innovations, emerging technologies. Besides the daily business, it is difficult to judge whether these are opportunities, risks or just hot air.

This is exactly where InnTrace comes in. Innovations, newly emerging topics, which in your opinion could become relevant for your company or which have attracted your interest, are structured, visualized as InnTrace-Map and investigated.

Typical entry question for innovations …

    No innovations without players ...

    New, unusual operating principles ...

... transition to an expert system

Each innovation is visualized as an InnTrace-Map. These mindmaps are based on MindManager, thus using the features and possibilities of this market-leading software. The Knowledge Areas and the Situation Center in the InnTrace-Map are arranged as colored columns. Orange: applications, Violet: players, peers and projects, Green: technologies. Turquoise lights up the Situation Center. For the mindmap system, see also the User Guide in each map.

    LATEST PROJECT:

    CONCENTRATED SOLAR POWER CSP

Bill Gates did it again. His multi-million Dollar investment Heliogen, a Californian start-up, is reported worldwide. Heliogen relies on Concentrated Solar Power (CSP), a promising technology: Temperatures far above 1,000 C° (1,800 °F) for industrial process heat generated by sunlight, CO2-free. Read more here about this industrial high temperature revolution including InnTrace-Map and HTML.
